The CXLB7386 is a complete constant-current/constant-JNa嘉泰姆

voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries.JNa嘉泰姆

Its ThinSOT package and low external component countJNa嘉泰姆

make the CXLB7386 ideally suited for portable applications.JNa嘉泰姆

Furthermore, the CXLB7386 is specifically designed toJNa嘉泰姆

work within USB power specifications.JNa嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blockingJNa嘉泰姆

diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture.JNa嘉泰姆

Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit theJNa嘉泰姆

die temperature during high power operation or highJNa嘉泰姆

ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V,JNa嘉泰姆

and the charge current can be programmed externally withJNa嘉泰姆

a single resistor. The CXLB7386 automatically terminatesJNa嘉泰姆

the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10thJNa嘉泰姆

the programmed value after the final float voltage isJNa嘉泰姆

When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) isJNa嘉泰姆

removed, the CXLB7386 automatically enters a low currentJNa嘉泰姆
