CXLD64250是</span>一款输出电流可达2A的超低压差线性稳压器，外接很少的元件就能稳定地输出低电压和大电流。它具有高精度、超低压差、低静态电流的特点。CXLD64250在输入电压2.5V至5.5V范围内工作，可以输出2A电流，输入输出元件分别仅需要2.2μF和10μF陶瓷电容。高带宽的环路提供了优异的瞬态响应特性。它是专门为需要低压大电流电源的数字电路（如PLD、DSP、微控制器等）而设计的。CXLD64250还包括了过流限制、过温保护、逻辑控制关断、输出低于标准值10％的故障指示等特点。固定输出电压版本分别有1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V可供选择，也提供可调输出电压版本。由于基准电压为0.8V，因此输出电压可设置为：0.8V至4.5V。The CXLD64250 is a 2A low-dropout linear regulator that provides a low voltage, high current output with a minimum of external components. It offers high precision, ultra-low dropout, and low ground current. The CXLD64250 operates from an input of 2.5V to 5.5V. This regulator uses small, 2.2μF ceramic input capacitors and 10μF ceramic output capacitors to deliver 2A output current. High bandwidth provides excellent transient response. It is designed to drive digital circuits requiring low voltage at high currents (i.e., PLDs, DSPs, microcontrollers, etc.). Other features include thermal and current limit protection, a logic-control shutdown mode and an error flag output that goes low when the output voltage drops 10% below nominal value. It is available in fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and as an adjustable device with a 0.8V reference voltage. The adjustable output voltage can be set from 0.8V to 4.5V.
