        CXDR7573A系列产品是附带看门狗功能的电压检测器。只用1个外接电容即可为看门狗超时,解除延迟时间设定任意的数值。用于监控微处理器当电源电压达到检测电压时,在看门狗超时范围内看门狗端子未输入L→H的脉冲时,RESETB端子会输出低电平信号。此外,CXDR7573A系列产品还附带手动复位功能,在任意时机把手动复位端子转为Low电平时,RESETB端子会输出L电平信号The CXDR7573A/CXDR7574A series are voltage detectors with a watchdog function. The watchdog timeout time and release delay time can be set as desired using a single external capacitor. These voltage detectors are used for microprocessor monitoring, and when the power voltage reaches the detect voltage or an L→H pulse is not input to the watchdog pin within the watchdog timeout time, an L level signal is output from the RESETB pin. The CXDR7573A series has a manual reset function. When the manual reset pin is set to Low level at any desired timing, an L level signal is output from the RESETB pin. The CXDR7574A series has a watchdog ON/OFF function. By setting the EN pin to L level, the watchdog function can be turned OFF while the voltage detector that monitors the power voltage continues to operate. The MRB pin and EN pin are pulled up internally to VIN, and thus these pins can be left open when not used
