CXLD64214系列是实现了高精度,高纹波抑制,低压差,双路150mA高速LDO的小型CMOS电压调整器IC。把2个低导通电阻LDO装入小型封装能实现高密度实装。激光微调技术能在1.2V~3.6V的范围内以0.05V的间隔在精度±2.0%以内设定输出电压。控制各个EN引脚能停止各个电压调整器的输出,使其处于待机状态。此外,由内部开关使稳定输出的电容(CL)的充电电荷放电,此高速放电功可使VOUT引脚高速地返回到VSS电平。稳定输出的电容(CL)能与陶瓷电容等低ESR电容相对应,其良好的瞬态响应特性即使在负载发生变动时,也能提供稳定的输出电压。由于各个电压调整器的输出被相互隔离,能把输出负载变动引起的各个调整器之间的干扰抑制在极小的范围内。The CXLD64214 series is a small dual CMOS LDO regulator with 2-channel 150mA outputs. The series features high speed,
high accuracy, high ripple rejection and low dropout voltage. The series is capable of high density board installation by the
small package of two low on-resistance regulators. Each output voltage is internally set in a range from 1.2V to 3.6V in
increments of 0.05V with ±2% accuracy.
The EN function controls the two regulators on/off independently. In the stand-by mode, the electric charge at the output
capacitor CL is discharged via the internal switch and as a result the VOUT pin quickly returns to the VSS level.
The series is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The high level of output stability is maintained even during
frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance. The two regulators are completely isolated so
that a cross talk during load fluctuations is minimized.GWQ嘉泰姆
