CXDC65104系列是一种线圈与控制IC一体化的超小型(2.5mm×2.0mm、h=1.0mm)的升压微型DC/DC转换器。通过在电路中采用同步整流方式,无需二极管,外部零件只需两个陶瓷电容,就能组成高效的升压电源电路。电路因外部零件减少而被简化,可将因基板设计导致的噪音和工作故障控制在最小限度。</span>输入电压范围为0.65V~6.0V,输出电压范围为2.2V~5.5V(精度±2.0%),可以0.1V步进进行设置。控制方式准备了PWM固定控制和PWM/PFM转换(自动切换工作模式)控制类型。CXDC65104系列通过PWM/PFM转换(自动切换工作模式)控制,将在小负载(轻载)至大负载(重载)整个领域实现高效。</span>此外,CXDC65104D类型通过CL放电功能,将在待机模式时快速降低输出电压,并防止输出设备的误动作。CXDC65104E类型通过旁路开关功能,将导通输入和输出,可驱动RTC等。</span>1fj嘉泰姆
The CXDC65103/CXDC65104 series is a synchronous step-up micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC
in one tiny package (2.0mm×2.5mm, h=1.0mm). A stable step-up power supply is configured using only two capacitors connected
externally. An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit
wiring. A wide operating voltage range of 0.9V to 6.0V enables support for applications that require an internally fixed output
voltage (2.2V to 5.5V). PWM control (CXDC65103) or automatic PWM/PFM switching control (CXDC65104) can be selected.
During the devices enter stand-by mode, CXDC65103D/CXDC65104D types prevent the application malfunction by CL Discharge
Function which can quickly discharge the electric charge at the output capacitor (CL). CXDC65103/CXDC65104E types is able to drive
