CXLE8836是一款连续电流模式的降压恒流驱动芯片。在输入电压高于LED电压时,可以有效地用于驱动一颗或多颗串联LED。输入电压范围从6V到55V,输出电流最大可达 1.2A。
CXLE8836 内置功率开关和高端电流检测电路,
使用外部电阻设置 LED 电流,可通过ADJ引脚接
收模拟调光和PWM调光,当ADJ小于0.2V后将进入低功耗待机模式。
CXLE8836置过温自动调节功能。当检测到驱动电源过热时,即自动逐渐减小输出电流,从而控制输出功率和温升,使驱动电源温度保持在设定值范围内,从而提高系统的可靠性。芯片内部过温调节阈值设定为 150℃。</p>
