The PT 1204 is a monolithic pulse - width - modulated (PWM) synchronous step - down switch mode regulator with two internal power MOSFET s . Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault condition protection includes cycle - by - cycle current limit and thermal shutdown.
