       CXLD6475 dual, low-noise, low-dropout regulator delivers sq0嘉泰姆

at least 300mA of continuous output current. The output voltagesq0嘉泰姆

 for each regulator is set independently by trimming. Output sq0嘉泰姆

voltages are selectable in 100mV steps within a range of 1.2Vsq0嘉泰姆

 to 3.5V.Typical output noise is 47uVrms, and PSRR is 73dB at sq0嘉泰姆

100Hz. The CXLD6475 includes two independent logic-sq0嘉泰姆

controlled shutdown inputs and allows the output of each sq0嘉泰姆

regulator to be turned of independently.sq0嘉泰姆

     CXLD6475 includes high accuracy voltage reference, errorsq0嘉泰姆

 amplifier, current limit circuit and output driver module CXLD6475sq0嘉泰姆

has excellent load and line transient response  and  good  sq0嘉泰姆

 temperature characteristics, which can assure the stability of chipsq0嘉泰姆

 and power system. And it uses trimming technique to guarantee sq0嘉泰姆

output voltage accuracy within±2%.sq0嘉泰姆

   CXLD6475 is available in SOT-23-6 package which is lead(Pb)-freesq0嘉泰姆
