    The CXLD6472 is designed for portable RF and The CXLD6472is designedI0Q嘉泰姆

 for portable RF  and requirements. The CXLD6472 performance is I0Q嘉泰姆

optimized for battery-poweredsystems to  deliver ultra low noise I0Q嘉泰姆

and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases onlyI0Q嘉泰姆

 slightly  in dropout, further prolonging the battery life. The CXLD6472I0Q嘉泰姆

also works with low-ESR ceramic  capacitors,reducing the amount ofI0Q嘉泰姆

 board space necessary for power applications, critical in hand-held I0Q嘉泰姆

wireless devices. The other fea-tures include ultra low dropout voltage, I0Q嘉泰姆

high output accuracy, current limiting protection,and high ripple I0Q嘉泰姆

rejection ratio. Available in 3-lead SOT23, SOT89 and SOT223 packagesI0Q嘉泰姆
