一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXES4287 is a small, ultrra-low RON oad switch with controlled urn on. It ontains one N-channel
MOSFET that caan operate oover an inpput voltage rangee of 0.8V to 5.5V annd support maximum
continnuous curren up to 6A. The switch is controlled by an on/off nput (EN), which is capable of
interfaacing directlyy with low-vooltage control signals.Additional featurees include a 300Ω on-chip load
resisttor for outpuut quick disccharge whenn switch isturnedd off, in ordeer to avoid inrush currennt, the rise
time is adjustable by an exteernal ceramic capacitor on thee CT pin.
The CXES4287 is available in an ultra-smmall, space saving 2mmx2mm 8-pin DFN package with thermal
pad.
