The CXLC8L280B is a 280 dots LCD driver. It develops from the mcu, which includes 8-bit CPU core, mask program ROM, SRAM, TIMER and PJTMS. It can also provide interrupt function and wakeup function from stand by mode. The LCD module is capable of driving up to 35 segments and up to 8 commons and supports 280(8*35) dots (1/8duty, 1/4 bias) or 4*35(1/4 duty, 1/3 bias) or (1/3 duty, 1/2 bias). The device is suitable for use in multiple LCD low power applications such as game products, leisure products, etc. handheld LCD products and batteries operated systems in particular.dvn嘉泰姆
