The APW8802 is a 8A, synchronous, step-down converteraIz嘉泰姆

with integrated 12mΩ N-channel High-Side MOSFET andaIz嘉泰姆

12mΩ Low-Side MOSFET. The APW8802 steps downaIz嘉泰姆

high voltage to generate low-voltage chipset or RAM sup-aIz嘉泰姆

The APW8802 provides excellent transient response andaIz嘉泰姆

accurate DC voltage output in either PFM or PWM Mode.aIz嘉泰姆

In Pulse Frequency Mode (PFM), the APW8802 providesaIz嘉泰姆

very high efficiency over light to heavy loads with loading-aIz嘉泰姆

modulated switching frequencies. In PWM Mode, the con-aIz嘉泰姆

device for soft-stop. An internal integrated soft-start rampsaIz嘉泰姆

up the output voltage with programmable slew rate toaIz嘉泰姆

reduce the start-up current. A soft-stop function activelyaIz嘉泰姆
