The APW8802 is a 8A, synchronous, step-down convertertvT嘉泰姆

with integrated 12mΩ N-channel High-Side MOSFET andtvT嘉泰姆

12mΩ Low-Side MOSFET. The APW8802 steps downtvT嘉泰姆

high voltage to generate low-voltage chipset or RAM sup-tvT嘉泰姆

The APW8802 provides excellent transient response andtvT嘉泰姆

accurate DC voltage output in either PFM or PWM Mode.tvT嘉泰姆

In Pulse Frequency Mode (PFM), the APW8802 providestvT嘉泰姆

very high efficiency over light to heavy loads with loading-tvT嘉泰姆

modulated switching frequencies. In PWM Mode, the con-tvT嘉泰姆

device for soft-stop. An internal integrated soft-start rampstvT嘉泰姆

up the output voltage with programmable slew rate totvT嘉泰姆
