accurate DC voltage output in either PFM or PWM Mode.IzD嘉泰姆

In Pulse Frequency Mode (PFM), the APW8816 providesIzD嘉泰姆

very high efficiency over light to heavy loads with loading-IzD嘉泰姆

modulated switching frequencies. In PWM Mode, theIzD嘉泰姆

converter works nearly at constant frequency for low-noiseIzD嘉泰姆

to prevent wrong operation during power-on. TheIzD嘉泰姆

APW8816 has a 1.5ms digital soft start and built-in anIzD嘉泰姆

integrated output discharge device for soft stop. An internalIzD嘉泰姆

soft-start ramps up the output voltage with programmableIzD嘉泰姆

slew rate to reduce the start-up current. A soft-stop functionIzD嘉泰姆

actively discharges the output capacitors.IzD嘉泰姆

The integrated linear regulator could drive an external N-IzD嘉泰姆
