The APW7068 integrates synchronous buck PWM, linearSVu嘉泰姆

controller, and 0.8V Reference Out Voltage, as well asSVu嘉泰姆

the monitoring and protection functions into a singleSVu嘉泰姆

package. The fixed 300kHz switching frequency synchro-SVu嘉泰姆

nous PWM controller drives dual N-channel MOSFETs,SVu嘉泰姆

which provides one controlled power output with over-SVu嘉泰姆

voltage and over-current protections. Linear controllerSVu嘉泰姆

drives an external N-channel MOSFET with under-volt-SVu嘉泰姆

age protection.SVu嘉泰姆

The APW7068 provides excellent regulation for output loadSVu嘉泰姆

variation. An internal 0.8V temperature-compensated ref-SVu嘉泰姆

erence voltage is designed to meet the requirement ofSVu嘉泰姆

low output voltage applications.SVu嘉泰姆

The APW7068 with excellent protection functions: POR,SVu嘉泰姆

OCP, OVP and UVP. The Power-On-Reset (POR) circuitSVu嘉泰姆

can monitor VCC12 supply voltage exceeds its thresholdSVu嘉泰姆

voltage while the controller is running, and a built-in digi-SVu嘉泰姆
