一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downRon嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of Ron嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageRon嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromRon嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage Ron嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzRon嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as Ron嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,Ron嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output Ron嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal Ron嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for Ron嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start Ron嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and Ron嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is Ron嘉泰姆
