The CXSD62550 develops a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator capable of delivering 10A continuous/16A peak current and a sink/source LDO capable of delivering +/-1A current. The CXSD62550 operates over a wide input voltage range from 4V to 28V. The integrated low R_DS(ON) switches minimize the conduction loss.The DC-DC regulator adopts the instant PWM architecture to achieve fast transient responses for high step down applications and high efficiency at light loads. In addition, it operates at 600kHz pseudo-constant frequency under continuous conduction mode.
