CXPR7153系列产品是锂的高集成度解决方案-离子/聚合物电池保护。CXPR7153包含先进的功率MOSFET，高精度电压检测电路和延迟电路。CXPR7153被放入一个SOP8-PP包中，并且只有一个外部组件使其成为有限空间电池组的理想解决方案。CXPR7153具有电池应用所需的所有保护功能，包括过充、过放、过流、负载短路保护等准确的过充检测电压，确保安全和充分利用充电。低待机电流在储存时从电池中排出很少的电流。该设备不仅面向数字手机，也面向任何其他锂离子和锂聚电池供电的信息家电-电池寿命。

产品概述GENERAL DESCRIPTION

      The CXPR7153 Series product is a high integration solution for lithium-
ion/polymer battery protection.
      CXPR7153 contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage
detection circuits and delay circuits.
     CXPR7153 is put into an SOP8-PP package and only one external
component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.
     CXPR7153 has all the protection functions required in the battery application including
overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The
accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization charging.
    The low standby current drains little current from the cell while in storage.
The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other
Li-Ion and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances requiring long-
term battery life.
