CXLB7201 CXLB7201B是一个完整的恒流恒压单电池锂离子电池线性充电器。它的包装和低外部组件数量使CXLB7201 CXLB7201B非常适合便携式应用程序设计工作在USB电源规格范围内。没有外部感测电阻器需要，并且由于内部MOSFET不需要阻塞二极管建筑。充电电压固定在4.2V，充电电流可以在外部用一个电阻器编程。当充电电流在最终浮充后降至编程值的1/10

一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXLB7201 CXLB7201B is a complete constant-current constant-voltage

 linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its package and low external 

component count make the CXLB7201 CXLB7201B ideally suitedfor portable applications.Furthermore,theCXLB7201 CXLB7201B is specifically 

designed to work within USB power specifications.No external sense resistor is 

needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET 

architecture. The charge voltage isfixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can 

be programmed externally with a single resistor.
     The CXLB7201 CXLB7201B automatically terminates the charge cycle when 

the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float 

voltage is reached.
    The CXLB7201 CXLB7201B converters are available in the industry standard

 SOT-23-5L power packages (or upon request).
