CXLB7329是一款适用于单电池锂离子电池的完整恒流/恒压线性充电器。此外，CXLB7329A专门设计用于USB电源规格。由于内部PMOSFET结构，无需外部感测电阻器，也无需阻塞二极管。热反馈调节充电电流，以限制高功率运行或高环境温度下的模具温度。充电电压固定在4.2V，充电电流可以用一个电阻在外部编程。当达到最终浮充电压后，充电电流降至编程值的1/10时，CXLB7329A自动终止充电循环。当输入电源（墙壁适配器或USB电源）被卸下时，CXLB7329A自动进入低电流状态，将电池放电电流降至小于2μa。CXLB7329A可进入关机模式，将电源电流降至55μa。其他功能包括充电电流监视器、欠压锁定，自动充电和状态。

一.产品概述

---

    CXLB7329A is a complete constant-current/constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Furthermore the CXLB7329A is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications. No external sense resistor is needed and no blocking diode is required due to the internal PMOSFET architecture .Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature .The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V,and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The CXLB7329A automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed the CXLB7329A automatically enters a low current state dropping the battery drain current to less than 2μA.The CXLB7329A can be put into shutdown mode reducing the supply current to 55μA. Other features include charge current monitor, undervoltage lockout, automatic recharge and a status.
