CXLE86164是一种一次侧控制的离线LED照明控制器，可以在单级变流器中实现精确的LED电流和较低的系统成本。通过消除二次侧反馈元件和光耦，大大简化了LED照明系统的设计。
LED电流可通过CS引脚上的感测电阻器Rs进行外部调节。极低的启动电流和极低的运行电流（典型的350uA）降低了功耗，从而导致高效率和低待机功耗。
CXLE86164提供全面的保护范围，具有自动恢复功能，包括开环保护、短路保护、逐周限流、VDD过压保护、内置前缘消隐、VDD欠压锁定（UVLO）等。

     CXLE86164 is a primary side control offline LED lighting controller which can achieve accurate LED current and low system cost for an isolated lighting application in a single stage converter. It significantly simplifies the LED lighting system design by eliminating the secondary side feedback components and the opto-coupler. 

The LED current can be adjusted externally by the sense resistor Rs at CS pin. The extremely low start up current and very low operation current (typical 350uA) reduce the power consumption thus lead to high efficiency and low standby power consumption.  

CXLE86164 offers comprehensive protection coverage with auto-recovery features including open loop protection, short circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, VDD over voltage protection, built-in leading edge blanking, VDD under voltage lockout (UVLO), etc.  CXLE86164 is offered in SOT23-5 package
