一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downBaa嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of Baa嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageBaa嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromBaa嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage Baa嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzBaa嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as Baa嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,Baa嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output Baa嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal Baa嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for Baa嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start Baa嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and Baa嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is Baa嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 PackageBaa嘉泰姆
