CXVD3387是一个单轨对轨5极输出重建滤波器,a-3dB带宽13MHz,转换速率60V/μs。CXVD3387从3.0V到5.5V的单电源工作,静态电流为5mA,非常适合低功率、电池供电的应用。
CXVD3387采用内部电平移位电路,避免同步脉冲削波,并允许直流耦合输出。
CXVD3387提供绿色SC70-5产品包。它是在-40℃到+85℃的扩展温度范围内指定的。

The CXVD3387 is a single rail-to-rail 5-pole output reconstruction filter with a -3dB bandwidth of 13MHz and 60V/μs slew rate. Operating from single power supply ranging from 3.0V to 5.5V and sinking 5mA quiescent current, the CXVD3387 is ideally suited for low power, battery-operated applications.

The CXVD3387 employs an internal level shift circuit that avoids sync-pulse clipping and allows DC-coupled output.7H1嘉泰姆

The CXVD3387 is available in Green SC70-5 package. It is specified over the extended -40℃ to +85℃ temperature range.7H1嘉泰姆
