CXSD62219系列是可对应陶瓷电容,内置了47mΩ的P沟道MOS驱动晶体管及36mΩ的N沟道MOS开关晶体管的同步整流降压DC/DC转换器。通过低导通电阻的2个晶体管,可得到高达3A的高效率且稳定的输出电流。内置了0.6V的基准电压源,可通过外接电阻设定输出电压。振荡频率为1.2MHz、3.0MHz,可根据应用选择最适合的频率。工作模式为瞬态响应优越的HiSAT-COT(*)控制,可通过MODE1端子选择PWM 控制或PWM/PFM 自动切换控制,实现了在轻负载至重负载的整个负载区域内的高速响应、低纹波、高效率。

     CXSD62219系列是可对应陶瓷电容,内置了47mΩ的P沟道MOS驱动晶体管及36mΩ的N沟道MOS开关晶体管的同步整流降压DC/DC转换器。通过低导通电阻的2个晶体管,可得到高达3A的高效率稳定的输出电流。内置了0.6V的基准电压源,可通过外接电阻设定输出电压。振荡频率为1.2MHz、3.0MHz,可根据应用选择最适合的频率。工作模式为瞬态响应优越的HiSAT-COT(*)控制,可通过MODE1端子选择PWM 控制或PWM/PFM 自动切换控制,实现了在轻负载至重负载的整个负载区域内的高速响应、低纹波、高效率。通过在待机时停止整个电路的工作,将消耗电流抑制在1.0μA以下。软起动时间在内部被设置为0.25ms(TYP.),可以使电压高速启动。并且通过将电容连接到SS端子上,可任意设定软起动时间。保护电路内置了过电流保护电路、VOUT短路保护电路、过热关断电路。可通过MODE2端子选择VOUT短路保护电路或Hiccup mode。通过CL高速放电功能和软关机功能,待机时将输出电容的电荷放电。软关机功能的有无,可通过MODE3端子选择。封装为QFN0404-24C(4mm X 4mm)。The CXSD62219 series is a group of synchronous-rectification type DC/DC converters with a built-in 47mΩ P-channel MOS driver transistor and 36mΩ N-channel MOS switching transistor, designed to allow the use of ceramic capacitors. The small on-resistances of these two internal driver transistors enable a high efficiency, stable power supply with an output current up to 3.0A. A 0.6V reference voltage source is incorporated, and the output voltage can be set freely by external resistors. Oscillation frequency is set to 1.2MHz or 3.0MHz can be selected for suiting to your particular application. The operation mode is HISAT-COT (*) control, which has an excellent transient response. PWM control or PWM/PFM auto switching control can be selected at the MODE1 pin, and a high-speed response, low ripple, and high efficiency are achieved across the entire load range (from light loads to heavy loads). During stand-by, all circuits are shutdown to reduce current consumption to as low as 1.0μA or less. As for the soft-start function as fast as 0.25ms in typical for quick turn-on. The soft start time can be set as desired by adding an external capacitance to the SS pin. Internal protection circuits include over current protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown circuits to enable safe use. Short circuit protection or Hiccup mode can be selected at the MODE2 pin. Soft-off function and CL High Speed discharge function discharge the electric charge at the output capacitor CL when putting the IC in a stand-by mode. Soft-off function can be selected at the MODE3 pin. The package is the QFN0404-24C (4mm×4mm).YBd嘉泰姆
