CXLB7364是一款适用于单电池锂离子电池的完整恒流恒压线性充电器。它的SOT封装和较低的外部组件数使CXLB7364非常适合便携式应用。此外,CXLB7364是专门设计的工作在USB电源规格。不需要外部感测电阻,也不需要阻塞二极管,因为内部的MOSFET结构。热反馈调节充电电流,以在高功率运行或高环境温度下限制模具温度。充电电压固定在4.2V,充电电流可通过一个电阻器进行外部编程。当达到最终浮充电压后,充电电流降至编程值的1/10时,CXLB7364自动终止充电循环。

一.产品概述fmK嘉泰姆


    The CXLB7364 is a complete constant current &constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its SOT package and low external component count make the CXLB7364 ideally suited for portable applications.Furthermore, the CXLB7364 is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The CXLB7364 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached.fmK嘉泰姆

      When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the CXLB7364 utomatically enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2uA. The CXLB7364 can be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 50uA.Other features include Battery temperature monitor, under-voltage lockout, automatic recharge and two status pins to indicate charge and charge termination. fmK嘉泰姆
