CXPR7834D05是一种单向瞬态电压抑制器,用于保护电源接口。它适用于便携式电子设备中多个分立元件的更换。根据IEC61000-4-2,CXPR7834D05可用于提供高达±30kV接触和空气放电的ESD保护,并可根据IEC61000-4-5(8/20μs)承受高达140A的峰值脉冲电流。CXPR7834D05在DFN2.0×2.0-3L包中提供。标准产品无铅无卤。

The CXPR7834D05 is a uni-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor designed to protect power interfaces. It is suitable to replace multiple discrete components in portable electronics. The CXPR7834D05 may be used to provide ESD protection up to ±30kV contact and air discharge according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse current up to 140A according to IEC61000-4-5 (8/20μs). The CXPR7834D05 is available in DFN2.0×2.0-3L package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.
