     CXPR7891A系列产品是高集成度的锂电池保护解决方案。CXPR7891A集成了先进的功率管,高精度电压检测和延迟电路。CXPR7891A为DFN2x2-6的封装形式,并且只需要一个外围器件,厚度小于0.8mm,非常适合用于空间有限的电池保护板应用,特别是一些超薄应用。CXPR7891A具有过充保护,过放保护,过流保护、短路保护和支持反接等完整的锂电池保护功能,并且具有非常小的工作电流,可以延长电池的寿命。R0u嘉泰姆

    The CXPR7891A product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection.CXPR7891A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.CXPR7891A is put into an ultra-small DFN2X2-6 package and only one external component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.R0u嘉泰姆

    CXPR7891A has all the protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization charging.The low standby current drains little current from the cell while in storage.The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other Li-Ion and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances requiring longterm battery life. R0u嘉泰姆
