     CXLD64208系列是高精度, 双通道, 低噪声, CMOS LDO电压调整器。这个系列的性能特点包括:低输出噪声, 高电源抑制比, 低压差和快速响应。CXLD64208包含了一个参考电压源, 误差放大器, 驱动三极管, 限流器和内置的相位补偿电路。CXLD64208的限流器的foldback电路也用作短路保护的输出限流。每一个电压调整器的输出电压都由激光微调单独设定。电压可在0.8V到5.0V的范围内以0.05V的间隔选择。CXLD64208系列完全兼容低ESR陶瓷电容,可降低成本并提高输出的稳定性。由于具有极好的瞬态响应特性和在很宽频率范围的高电源抑制比,即使负载频繁波动输出也能保持高稳定性。EN功能允许每个通道的输出可被分别关断,可极大地减少功率损耗。The CXLD64208 series are highly accurate, Dual, low noise, CMOS LDO voltage regulators. Performance features of the series includes low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times. The CXLD64208 includes a reference voltage source, error amplifiers, driver transistors, current limiters and phase compensators internally. The CXLD64208’s current limiters' foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter. The output voltage for each regulator is set independently by laser trimming. Voltages are selectable in 0.05V steps within a range of 0.8V to 5.0V. The CXLD64208 series is also fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. This high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a broad range of frequencies. The EN function allows the output of each regulator to be turned off independently, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. The CXLD64208 series is available in the SOT-26W or USP-6B, USP-6C ‘chip-scale’ package.HRu嘉泰姆
