一,产品概述(General Description) x2I嘉泰姆

The CXLD6483 is a low-dropout regulator that operates ,the input voltagex2I嘉泰姆

from 2.5V to 6V and delivers 1A load current. The CXLD6483 is available inx2I嘉泰姆

two types,either fixed or adjustable output voltage. The output voltage of x2I嘉泰姆

the fixed types is preset at an internally trimmed voltage 1V, 1.2V, 1.3V, 1.5V,x2I嘉泰姆

1.8V, 2.5V,2.7V, 2.8V, 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.2V, 3.3V, 5V or can be made with options x2I嘉泰姆

of the output range from 1V to 5V in 50mV increments. The output range of x2I嘉泰姆

adjustable types is from 1V to 5V. The CXLD6483 consists of a voltage x2I嘉泰姆

reference, an error amplifier, resistor net for setting output voltage, a x2I嘉泰姆

current limit circuit for over-current and a thermal-shutdown circuit. A x2I嘉泰姆

standby mode with ultra low supply current can be realized with the chip x2I嘉泰姆

enable function. Since the packages for CXLD6483 are DFN-6, SOT-89-5,x2I嘉泰姆

SOT-223-5,SOT-223-3,TO-263-3,TO-220-3, SOT-89-3, TO-252-3, TO92-3 and x2I嘉泰姆

TO-252-5 with high power dissipation, high density mounting of the IC onx2I嘉泰姆
