The CXLD64225 series are low dropout, positive linear regulators with very lowrHT嘉泰姆
quiescent current. The CXLD64225 can supply 600mA output current with a low dropoutrHT嘉泰姆
voltage at about 600mV.rHT嘉泰姆
The CXLD64225 regulator is able to operate with output capacitors as small as 1μF forrHT嘉泰姆
stability. Other than the current limit protection CXLD64225 also offers on chip thermalrHT嘉泰姆
shutdown feature providing protection against overload or any condition when therHT嘉泰姆
ambient temperature exceeds the junction temperature.rHT嘉泰姆
The CXLD64225 series are available in fixed output voltage ranging from 1.5V, 1.8V,rHT嘉泰姆
2.0V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3V and 3.3V. The CXLD64225 series are available in space-savingrHT嘉泰姆
