一,产品概述(General Description)         N4C嘉泰姆

   The CXSD61033 is a 1.5MHz constant frequency current mode, dual high-efficiency PWM step-down converter.It is ideal for portable equipment requiring very high current up t o 2A each channel from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries while still achieving over 90%efficiency during peak load onditions. The CXSD61033 also can run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications. The CXSD61033 can supply up to 2A output load current each channel from a 2.3V to 6V input voltage and the output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The high switching frequency minimizes the size of external components while keeping switching losses low. N4C嘉泰姆

The internal slope compensation setting allows the device to operate with smaller inductor values to optimize size and provide efficient operation. The device is available in a Pb-free, 8-Lead ESOP package and is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.N4C嘉泰姆

This device offers two operation modes, PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.N4C嘉泰姆

The CXSD61033 is a dual high output current monolithicN4C嘉泰姆
switch mode step-down DC-DC converter. TheN4C嘉泰姆
device operates at a fixed 1.5MHz switchingN4C嘉泰姆
frequency, and uses a slope compensated currentN4C嘉泰姆
mode architecture. This step-down DC-DC converterN4C嘉泰姆
can supply up to dual respective 2000mA outputN4C嘉泰姆
current at VIN = 3.6V and has an input voltage rangeN4C嘉泰姆
from 2.3V to 6V. It minimizes external componentN4C嘉泰姆
size and optimizes efficiency at the heavy loadN4C嘉泰姆
range. The slope compensation allows the device toN4C嘉泰姆
remain stable over a wider range of inductor valuesN4C嘉泰姆
so that smaller values (1μH to 4.7μH) with lowerN4C嘉泰姆
DCR can be used to achieve higher efficiency. OnlyN4C嘉泰姆
a small bypass input capacitor is required at theN4C嘉泰姆
output. The adjustable version can be programmedN4C嘉泰姆
with external feedback to any voltage, ranging fromN4C嘉泰姆
0.6V to nearly the input voltage. It uses internalN4C嘉泰姆
MOSFETs to achieve high efficiency and canN4C嘉泰姆
generate very low output voltages by using anN4C嘉泰姆
internal reference of 0.6V. At dropout, the converterN4C嘉泰姆
duty cycle increases to100% and the output voltageN4C嘉泰姆
tracks the input voltage minus the low RDS(ON)N4C嘉泰姆
drop of the P-channel high-side MOSFET and theN4C嘉泰姆
inductor DCR. The internal error amplifier andN4C嘉泰姆
compensation provides excellent transient response,N4C嘉泰姆
load and line regulation. Internal soft start eliminatesN4C嘉泰姆
any output voltage overshoot when the enable or theN4C嘉泰姆
input voltage is applied.N4C嘉泰姆
