     CXSB6600系列是内置高速低通态电阻驱动器的通用高频升降压DC/DC转换控制器。通过外置2个晶体管,线圈,二极管和电容器共4种元件，可构建大电流,高性能的升降压DC/DC转换器。在器件内，可在2.4V～6.0V(±2.5％)范围，以0.1V的间隔设定输出电压。由于开关频率高达180kHz，300kHz可使用小型外置元件。在小负载时，PWM/PFM切换控制型CXSB6601系列的工作从PWM工作模式切换为PFM工作模式。因此，能够在小负载至大输出电流整个负载范围内，达到高效工作。在内部设定了10ms的软启动时间，以此防止通电时的输入冲击电流和输出过冲电压。待机时(CE端"L")，通过使整个电路停止工作，将电流消耗控制在0.5μA以下。The CXSB6600/CXSB6601 series are step-up/down DC/DC converter controller ICs with fast, low ON resistance drivers built-in. A versatile, large output current, step-up/down DC/DC converter can be realized using only 4 type of basic external components two transistors, one inductor, two diodes and capacitors. Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within a 2.4V ~ 6.0V (±2.5% accuracy) range and switching frequency is set at 180kHz or 300kHz. The CXSB6601 series switches from PWM to PFM control during light loads and the series offers high efficiencies from light loads through to large output currents. Soft-start time is internally set to 10ms which offers protection against inrush currents when the power is turned on and also against voltage overshoot. During shutdown (CE pin = L), consumption current can be reduced to as little as 0.5μA or less.Gqq嘉泰姆
